Love, Joy, Hope

"Love", "joy", and "hope" are three words that have very personal definitions depending on the people experiencing these emotions. Love can be expressed and felt differently. For one, we have the love between our parents, friends, pets, and loved ones, each of these being unique, unmatched, and incomparable. Joy, for me, I feel when I am happy with myself and at peace with the people around me. I feel joy when I am enjoying every detail, every moment, and every memory that builds up my days. Finally, hope is a very important emotion helping us stay positive in the face of difficult situations when we are battling the adversities that we all inevitably have to face in our ever-changing lives.

This necklace represents these three words with the moon symbolizing the hope in our lives, and the red leaves representing the love and joy. I think that the moon represents hope because it is always there, off in the distance, appearing so close, yet out of reach.
