   Nightlife, especially in the heart of bigger cities is usually characterized by many different lights, accompanying us as we meander the city streets, attend a concert, or stop at a local park. The lighting at modern music venues, in particular, not only illuminates the artist on stage, but also accompanies the music, highlighting the downbeats and emphasizing important melodies and build-ups. A modern light show at a professional music venue creates an immersive atmosphere, stimulating people’s auditory and visual perceptions to achieve a unique sensory experience. While making these earrings with violet, white, and blue flowers, I was contemplating about how something as ubiquitous as light permeating the nighttime works its magic right in front of our very own eyes without us giving it much thought.
