Rose Shooting Star

   Having the opportunity to see a shooting star is something magical especially since they pass for just a few seconds, and I had the opportunity to witness one near the Black Sea when I was in Bulgaria. This happened one night when I was stargazing, and then suddenly, out of the blue, I saw the impressive shooting star quickly dash across the starry sky.

   This personal experience inspired the creation of this necklace, which is decorated with glitter and a rose. I chose to use glitter to capture the magical  element of our mesmerizing night sky, and I picked the rose because just like many people will gift a rose to a significant other for a special event, many will also make a special wish when they see a shooting star.
